Meal Plans

It is our goal to ensure we continue to weave innovation, freshness and creativity into our business model in order to build participation and improve guest satisfaction. With that in mind, we place a high value on discovering, understanding and applying up-and-coming, consumer trends and generational behaviors.

We rely on input from students to create a truly personalized dining experience, and we look forward to continuing this tradition at Stevens. What we heard from the students was that they wanted a way to get a great meal without venturing all the way to Pierce, and that is exactly what we did. Pierce Dining Hall is no longer the only Resident Dining option. This year, the Resident Dining program has seen a major boost in variety, value and flexibility.

Meal Exchange

The new Stevens Dining program now includes meal exchange, which allows a membership holder to exchange access to Pierce Dining Hall for a meal in any Stevens Dining retail location during the designated meal periods. Meal exchange includes a entree, side and beverage. If a meal exchange is used during a given meal period you cannot use a swipe at another location, including Pierce Dining Hall, during that period.

Meal Exchange Periods:

Breakfast 7:00 am – 11:00 am

Lunch 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Dinner 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Washington Street Wednesday (WSW)

To incorporate the vibrant Hoboken restaurant scene into the Stevens Community, we have introduced an entirely new and innovative concept called Washington Street Wednesday (WSW). For the first time ever, WSW allows students with a meal plan to exchange one meal per week with participating WSW vendors on Wednesdays. You heard right! With a resident dining meal swipe, students can now eat downtown in Hoboken’s local restaurants. Each restaurant has prepared a signature entrée, side and beverage. The restaurants include Hoboken’s famous Benny Tudino’s, Boardwalk Burger’s and Fries, Flatbread Grill, Stacks Pancake House and Hansel ‘N Griddle.
