At Stevens Dining, our program extends beyond great food. We view dining as an extension of the classroom that provides our guests an opportunity to learn and celebrate. Stevens Dining has established a program that features balance, nutrition, versatility and excitement at all campus dining locations – America’s Cup, Colonel John’s, Pierce Café, Pierce Dining Hall and Red & Gray Café.

Stevens Dining features a wide variety of wholesome and delicious menu selections that support the local economy, celebrate the diversity of the campus and promote sustainability. Differing from the standard dining dollars exchange, Stevens Dining went one step further by offering students the opportunity to use a standard “meal swipe” within the local community with Washington Street Wednesday (WSW). The magnetic strip on the back of your Stevens ID allows you access to Pierce Dining Hall and the ability to use meal exchange at any campus dining location. As a resource to the campus, our full-time registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN) is available on campus daily to provide counseling services, presentations, and seminars to the entire campus community, absolutely free of charge. All students with allergies and special dietary needs are highly recommended to contact our dietitian to discuss their individual needs and accommodations. To set up an appointment with our dietitian, please email dietitian@stevens.edu.

Stevens Dining is responsible for all dining on campus, including catering services and special events. All catered events will be booked through our online catering application, E-Cater.  Please visit stevens.e-cater.com to create your account.  Once you’ve created an account, you may view our catering menus for delicious new ideas and our seasonal and signature items. If you have special requests that do not appear on the menu, please contact us so we may customize your menu.
